No type of weapon, vandalism, or theft will be tolerated. Any violation of this rule will be reported to the appropriate authorities.

We expect all our patients to show respect to our doctors and staff. Any breach of this rule will be taken seriously.

If more than two appointments are cancelled without prior notice to the secretariat, the appointment booking process will be immediately blocked.

Photography and audio recording are only permitted with our prior consent. This ensures the confidentiality and safety of our patients.

Only one accompanying person per patient is allowed. This person will not be allowed to enter the consultation room for reasons of confidentiality.

For safety and hygiene reasons, children and animals are not allowed in our clinic.

For hygiene reasons, eating and drinking are not permitted in the clinic. Bottled water is available.

We ask that you limit any noise disturbance, both inside and outside the clinic. Please refrain from shouting, speak quietly, and do not smoke or loiter in front of the building. We strive to maintain a peaceful environment for everyone's comfort.
